A quick overview of how we handle bookings, payments, and missed sessions.
Booking Policy – Terms & Conditions
Payment

All prices are listed in CAD.

International clients are responsible for any currency conversion or processing fees.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

After submitting the booking form, you will receive "next steps" with payment details to complete your booking.

If payment is not received within 24 hours of booking, the session will be released.

Your appointment is only confirmed once payment has been received.

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted platforms.

Note: All international payments are through the Wise platform (bank transfer).

Services

All sessions are delivered online.

Clients are required to be online and ready 10 minutes before the scheduled session time.

Services are provided for spiritual guidance and insight only; specific outcomes are not guaranteed.

Services are available to clients aged 18 years and over.

Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

All transactions are final. No refunds will be issued.

If you are unable to attend your session, please notify us as soon as possible.

One reschedule may be accommodated and must be requested within 48 hours.

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show.

If a session is missed, clients have 48 hours to request their one permitted reschedule.

Sessions not rescheduled within the allotted 48 hours' time will be respectfully forfeited.

These policies are in place to honor the time, energy, and presence required for this work.
